This is the logo of Bank of China.

There are three meanings under the logo design.

First of all, the middle part of the red logo is the one of the Chinese letters of China.

Secondly, the overall shape of the red part is also the same as the ancient  Chinese coin. It’s a representative of money, so when people are seeing this logo they know this is a place that relate with money.

Thirdly, the round of the logo means the earth, saying that Bank of China is a world wide bank.
